Payment methods – We accept payments by cash, credit and debit card via the Midsteeple Box Office. If making a private booking, we are also happy to take cheques (payable in advance). Should you turn up on the night without tickets, we only accept cash.
Booking in advance of a scheduled tour is advisable to avoid disappointment. For any groups who wish to book on a scheduled tour, booking is essential. If you arrive on the night without booking, please be aware it is at your own risk as we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Accessibility - the new-look Theatre Royal is now equipped with a lift, however much of this tour takes place behind the scenes where there are several flights of stairs, varying in length and steepness to negotiate. Therefore, this tour is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with serious mobility issues. We do however, offer other events that will be better suited to your needs and would be delighted to help you plan a Mostly Ghostly experience! If you have mobility, hearing or vision-related enquiries, please get in touch a member of our friendly team who will be happy to assist.
