Hello everyone and welcome to our latest blog – a short but VERY important update! Last week, just by chance, luck, fate, whatever you want to call it, I discovered the messages being sent through our online contact form were going to the wrong e-mail address! Yes folks, the difference between .com and .co.uk cannot be underestimated! It was one of those super-frustrating, give your hair a good tug moments; the good news is, this has only been the case since our site was re-vamped in early January. With a quick call to James Carnochan, Computer Fixer, this annoying little glitch was sorted within seconds. I recently commented to the team on the strange lack of communication, particularly as web enquiries had been on such a steady increase - well at least I know why!

Our sincerest apologies go to anyone who has been trying to contact the team, and if you’ve sent an online enquiry in the last couple of months, we urge you to re-send! We at Mostly Ghostly pride ourselves in answering the majority of initial enquiries within 48 hours (see Aims) and are always delighted to hear from you.
