Please be assured that should you wish your details to remain anonymous, confidentiality will be respected at all times.  Mostly Ghostly only ever use material that has been freely consented to (see consent form template). 

If you wish to discuss an investigation, the first step is to arrange an initial meeting at a mutually agreeable time and place.  This provides the opportunity for you to share your story from which we will produce an initial report and send it to you to check its accuracy.  At this stage any amendments can be made, thus ensuring we have all the facts. Depending on the frequency and nature of activity, we may recommend that you keep a written record of any further incidents. We will then endeavour to research any historical points of reference that are relevant to your story.  

The length of time to complete further stages will depend on each individual case and volume of work involved*, however we will remain in regular contact throughout.  Mostly Ghostly will take no action without your full agreement.
